21 Months

(This post is a catch-up post, due to life being busy.)

It's hard to believe this little lady is going to be 2 years old in less than 3 months! She's definitely precocious, learning words very quickly these days, and wanting to help and be in the middle of everything. She also likes to push the limits of our rules, and is still learning that there are consequences when she doesn't listen or chooses to do dangerous things. She still loves the swings and slides at the park, despite an unfortunate chin injury. K also loves talking on "the phone" (anything long and narrow becomes her own personal phone, and is greeted with an avid " 'ello? hello!") Other fun past-times are playing peek-a-boo, drawing, and anything related to AIRPLANES! Her daddy is proud.

20 months

This past month has seen so many changes! We're all itching for spring, but winter just won't leave. Keili has grown taller, but certainly not wider, which makes fitting her pants difficult. She seemed eager to potty train this month, but that only lasted a week.

Spring in Indy

This past week K and her mom got the chance to take an impromptu vacation with Grandma to Uncle J & Aunt L's log cabin in the country. It was an excellent getaway, with cows mooing and dogs for K to chase! On our way back home we meet up with Grandpa and had milk shakes. (Images are in reverse order.)
